The Winnebago Park District is committed to transparency, accountability, and open government. In accordance with the Illinois Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), members of the public may request access to certain public records maintained by the Park District.
Our goal is to provide timely and efficient access to information while protecting records that are exempt from disclosure under applicable law.

The Freedom of Information Act, 5 U.S.C. § 552, is a federal freedom of information law that requires the full or partial disclosure of previously unreleased information and documents controlled by the United States government upon request.
