Small Group Adult Fitness: 8 classes


Class will be held at the Winnebago Park District Office at 301 N. Church St. in Winnebago just east of the Winnebago High School Football field.  First come, First serve.  Maximum participants is 8 with a minimum of 2 to hold the class.


Program Description


FEE:  8 class punch card = $40, or $5 drop in

DAY & TIME: Please click on calendar link above!

Bodyworks:  Music will be key during this class and will be used for all tone and stretch exercises. Body weight along with some fitness equipment will be used during this 45 minute session.   Jen will take you through a series of total body exercises, moving quickly from one exercise to the next.  Participant needs to bring.  Equipment needed:  Resistance Ball, Hand weights, Mat and Resistance Band to each class. Equipment can be left at the office for your convenience. 

Kardio Kickboxing:  This knockout class is all you need to burn unwanted fat! You’ll get your cardio and strength training through kickboxing moves using a heavy bag and gloves. (Participants must provide their own boxing gloves)

Zumba:  Forget the workout, just lose yourself in the music and find yourself in shape at the original dance-fitness party. Before you know it, you’ll be getting fit and your energy levels will be soaring! It’s easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating.  Classes will be taught by Jen Viel.  Jen has a Bachelors Degree in Exercise Physiology Washburn Univ. and has been teaching Group Fitness for over 15 years.  She is Licensed in Zumba, Zumba Kids, Zumba-Toning, Sentao, Aqua-Zumba and STRONG by Zumba.

PLEASE TEXT:   773-960-7545 by noon on each class day to save guarantee spot for the class.   There will be a sign up sheet for each class each month for your convenience in the office.  If you have signed up, there is no need to text, unless you are giving your spot up for the day.
