Program Description: Music will be key during this class and will be used for all tone and stretch exercises. Body weight along with some fitness equipment will be used during this 45 minute session. Equipment needed: Resistance Ball, Hand weights, Mat and Resistance Band to each class.
Equipment can be left at the office for your convenience.
