Class will be held at the Winnebago Park District Office at 301 N. Church St. in Winnebago just east of the Winnebago High School Football field. Fee is $64 for 8 classes or $128 for 16 classes. Dates are listed in the calendar. First come, First serve. You have 23 classes to choose from for the month of January and February. Classes may be added on Wednesday nights if all classes fill up fast. Maximum participants is 6 with a minimum of 3 to hold the class. Program Description: Music will be key during this class and will be used for all tone and stretch exercises. Body weight along with some fitness equipment will be used during this 45 minute session. Jen will take you through a series of total body exercises, moving quickly from one exercise to the next. Participant needs to bring Resistance Ball, Hand weights, Mat and Resistance Band to each class. Equipment can be left at the office for your convenience. Sign up quick to save your spot. Kardio Kickboxing 2018 Winter Session - Wednesday evenings
Kardio Kickboxing 2018 6 week Winter Session runs November 21 through January 2, 2019 (no classes December 26) from 5:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday evenings. This knockout class is all you need to burn unwanted fat! You’ll get your cardio and strength training through kickboxing moves using a heavy bag and gloves. Registration fee for 6 Class Sessions for $60 for WPD District residents. $70 for non WPD Residents. Location: Athletic Edge (just east of Family Dollar in Winnebago). Registration Deadline is Wednesday, November 21 by 10 a.m. for 2nd 6 week session. Drop-ins welcome for $12 a class. Participants must provide their own boxing gloves.
ZUMBA - Monday evenings
MONDAY - Zumba 6 p.m. - 7 p.m. Last Class will be an add on class, Thursday, December 27, 2018. Zumba will start again in January on Monday, January 7, 2019.

Program Description: Zumba™ Forget the workout, just lose yourself in the music and find yourself in shape at the original dance-fitness party. Before you know it, you’ll be getting fit and your energy levels will be soaring! It’s easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating. Classes will be taught by Jen Viel. Jen has a Bachelors Degree in Exercise Physiology Washburn Univ. and has been teaching Group Fitness for over 20 years. She is licensed in Zumba, Zumba Kids, Zumba-Toning, Sentao, Aqua-Zumba and STRONG by Zumba.
TBH - Total Body H.I.T.T. (High Intensity Tempo Training) - Thursday evenings

Body weight along with some fitness equipment will be used during this 1 hour class followed by a full body stretch and cool down. Please make sure to bring a yoga mat! Last class will be Thursday, December 20, 2018.

(Fee includes $20 School weight-room use fee) Age requirement: Must be 18 years old. This high intensity exercise class will keep you in shape during these long winter months! MUST have 15 people for the class to take place. Boot Camp is held at the WHS Weight Room and Cardio Room. Enter thru the gym doors and head down the stairs. Sessions are led again by Patrick McIntyre, a Winnebago native and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with a M.S. in Exercise Physiology. As a competitive triathlete, marathoner and adventure racer, Patrick will be focused on functional strength, endless energy levels and burning fat instead of storing it. He has worked with people of all ability levels to find success. Class run 7- 8:30 p.m. on Tuesday and Thursday nights.
