Adult Boot Camp for all Fitness Levels

This high intensity exercise class will keep you in shape during these long winter months! MUST have 15 people for the class to take place. Boot Camp is held at the WHS Weight Room and Cardio Room. Enter thru the gym doors and head down the stairs.

Sessions are led again by Patrick McIntyre, a Winnebago native and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with a M.S. in Exercise Physiology. As a competitive triathlete, marathoner and adventure racer, Patrick will be focused on functional strength, endless energy levels and burning fat instead of storing it. He has worked with people of all ability levels to find success.

2020 Winter Session: January 7 thru March 19
Registration Deadline:  Monday, January 6 by 10 a.m.
Days:  Tuesday and Thursday
Time:  7 – 8:30 p.m.
Fees:  Session is $170 resident and $180 non-resident ($7.75 per class) for 11 weeks.

2020 Spring Session: March 31 thru May 21
Registration Deadline:  Monday, March 30 by 10 a.m.
Days:  Tuesday and Thursday
Time:  7 – 8:30 p.m.
Fees:  Session is $124 resident and $134 non-resident ($7.75 per class) for 9 weeks

Forget the workout, just lose yourself in the music and find yourself in shape at the original dance-fitness party. Before you know it, you’ll be getting fit and your energy levels will be soaring! It’s easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating.  Classes will be taught by Jen Viel.  Jen has a Bachelors Degree in Exercise Physiology Washburn Univ. and has been teaching Group Fitness for over 15 years.  She is Licensed in Zumba, Zumba Kids, Zumba-Toning, Sentao, Aqua-Zumba and STRONG by Zumba.


Time:  Mondays 6-7  p.m.

Fee:  $5 per class (pay for a few classes ahead of time here, so you don’t have to have cash on hand)

Kardio Kickboxing 6 week Spring Session will return to Winnebago in 2020.  Please stay tuned for updates.  

Kardio Kickboxing 2019 Fall Session  starts Wednesday, October 16  There are 5 spots available.  This class is first come, first serve.

This knockout class is all you need to burn unwanted fat! You’ll get your cardio and strength training through kickboxing moves using a heavy bag and gloves.


Bodyworks 5:45 pm  Thursday night Classes 

SESSION:  November 7 thru December 19 (No class Thursday, November 26, Thanksgiving)

FEE:  6 classes for $42

DAY & TIME: Thursday @ 5:45 p.m.

Punch card will be given to keep track of the classes you come to.

Program Description:  Music will be key during this class and will be used for all tone and stretch exercises. Body weight along with some fitness equipment will be used during this 45 minute session.   Jen will take you through a series of total body exercises, moving quickly from one exercise to the next.  Participant needs to bring

Equipment needed:  Resistance Ball, Hand weights, Mat and Resistance Band to each class.

Equipment can be left at the office for your convenience.
