Field Locations:

• Field 1 (Ages 5-10 years): Corner of West Winnebago & S. Swift St.
• Field 2 (Ages 5-10 years): Corner of Cunningham & S. Swift St.
• Field 3 (Ages 11-14 years): N. Field at Hurd-Young Park on Booker St. (Lighted Diamond)
• Field 4 (Ages 5-10 years): S. Field at Hurd-Young Park on Booker St.
• Field 5 (Ages 11-14 years): Softball Field at WPD Sports Park
• Field 6 (Ages 11-14 years): JV Baseball Field at WPD Sports Park

  *WHS Softball teams have field 5 reserved for practices/games until their season ends.
  *WHS Baseball teams have field 6 reserved for practices/games until their season ends.
  *WPD Coach Pitch has field 5 reserved for May-First week of July.

Practice Field Rental Fees:

• Fields 1, 2, 4, 5, 6:  $10 per time slot and must be paid 2 weeks prior to practice day.
• Field 3:  $15 per time slot and must be paid 2 weeks prior to practice day.

  *** No refunds will be issued for cancelled practices.  Practices cancelled due to weather will be given a credit to future reservations.

Fields may also be reserved for games.  Please call WPD office for more details.

Policies:

1.  The Park District will take field reservations for the scheduling of April       practice sessions beginning at 8 am on March 10, 2025.

• EMAIL your request to: info@winnebagoparkdistrict.org. We will not take field reservations through our website.
• Requests will be filled as they are received (by time stamp), via email, after 8 am on March 10, 2025.
• You will receive an email confirming your request once it’s been added to the calendar. 
• We can not guarantee any field rentals until we finalize the schedule. Once we confirm your request, we will contact you for rental fees which are payable by cash or check. 

2. The first date of practice will be April 1, 2025. Those wishing to begin practice prior to this date may use the fields on a first come first serve basis. 

3. Teams will be limited to 2 reservation days per week with a maximum 75-minute practice sessions. Teams are highly encouraged to reserve only what they need.

4. Teams may schedule their practice time longer and complete warm up or closing sessions to the side of their designated field as long as it does not interfere with the teams who have a reserved field slot.

5. A Master Schedule of Field Reservations will be posted on the WPD website and emailed to all of the coaches involved.
