Cheer and Dance Camp TBD Summer 2022

The Winnebago Park district cheer and dance camp is a unique experience for your children. Camp is open to boys and girls K- 8th grade. As cheer and dance are often split up and kids are told to pick we wanted to offer an option for kids to try out both. At the camp, we will be teaching 3-4 cheers as well as a small dance. At the end of the camp, we will perform for parents and show off what we have learned.
K-3rd grade from 9 – 11 a.m. Performance at 10:45 a.m. 
4-8th grade from 1 – 3 p.m.  Performance at 2:45 a.m. 
Participants will receive a T-Shirt.
Registration Fee is $35. Sign up for the grade participants will be going into for the 2019-2020 school year.
Camp will be at the Winnebago Sports Park on the Jr. Tackle Field

Cheer and Dance Squad- Jr. Tackle — Season Underway!

Cheerleading and Dance for Winnebago 4th – 8th graders interested in learning to perform dance & cheer routines to promote spirit and enthusiasm. Practices will begin in mid-June and run through Jr. Tackle Football season.  Participants will be coached by Maddy Gibbons.

The first practice will be in mid-July.  Wear comfortable shoes and bring water. Shirts and skirts will be provided by WPD. White or light shoes for game days. Bloomers or spandex under the skirt. Just Tuesdays until games start. Maybe 2 practices the week prior to the first game. The first game is in August 2020. Cheer at 3 home games and 2 away games.

Mini Cheer and Dance – Flag Football – TBD Fall 2022 

Mini Cheer will be offered in the sports park for our Flag Football season. Maddy Gibbons will be here again this summer to teach participants to dance and cheer for the Flag Football Season. The objective will be to create a positive experience for youth through a cheerleading program that will allow girls in grades Kindergarten through 4th Grade to be a part of a team, support a local group, instill spirit within themselves and inspire the football team spectators.
