YOGALATES

Join instructor Mary Harris for this 50 minute  class combining elements of yoga and mat Pilates. Designed to help build core strength, improve mobility and increase body awareness, this class is suitable for all levels. Mary is a certified Pilates instructor who has also practiced yoga for over 20 years. 

Class is held on Thursdays at 6:30 pm beginning February 5th through March 12th.

Sessions run for six weeks. We need a minimum of six registrants to run the class. Max class size is 12.

Drop-ins will be allowed as long as space is available. Please call 815/335-3211 to check availability. Drop in fee is $15 and is paid on site.

Please bring a yoga mat, water and a towel.

Fee is $75 for the six week sessions. Credits will not be applied for missed classes except in unique situations to be approved by WPD.
