Monster Mash Dash

Come join us in costume for our family friendly 1K Monster Mash Dash.  This fun run is open to kids age 10 and under.  Participants who register before the deadline will receive a Halloween themed event shirt, Treats & MORE!  The event will begin at the Downtown Winnebago Memorial Park.  Stay for Trunk -Or- Treating hosted by The Winnebago Chamber! Running Club- Spring 2025
3-5th Grade CoEd

Purpose: Introduce students to the sport of running, fitness and nutrition; Along with promoting a healthy and positive lifestyle.  Participants will meet at the WPD office and receive instructions on the day’s activities.  Instructors will be working with the students on nutrition, running, biking, stretching and making exercise fun!  During the 4 weeks we will be making at least 2 Healthy Snacks for participants to enjoy and learn to make at home. Firecracker 5K

Registration Fee:  $20 Youth Racers; $25 Adult Racers

The Firecracker 5K is a race for all ages!  This is a race for everyone whether you are an experienced runner, this is your first race or if you are just looking for a fun event to do with your family!  This is a wonderful way to support our nation and your local Park District.  All racers will receive race swag, including finisher medals, stylish one of a kind Tshirts & MORE!
