Indoor Soccer:
Co-Ed Indoor Soccer league open to grades 3rd-7th. Games will be played on Sundays at the Winnebago Middle School starting the week of January 12 -February 16. No practices, all games. 8 players per team with 6 players on the court. Teams will be divided by grade level.
Registration Deadline: December 27 , 2024
Registration Fee: $50 for WPD District Residents; $60 for Non Resident.
Equipment needed: shin guards, tennis shoes
Game Times: 11am start with games on the hour

International Indoor Co-Ed Soccer league – Registration Closed

Boys with 2013/2014 birthdays and girls with 2012/2013/2014 birthdays. International League held from November through early Spring. Practices will be held two days a week in Winnebago and games will be held on Saturdays at Sportscore 2 in Loves Park.

Registration Fee: $145 (includes registration fee, jersey, and socks)
Players will be responsible for obtaining black shorts, soccer shoes, shin guards and the $5 player ID card)

Players will need to get a Player ID Card prior to the first game by going to Rockford Soccer at 929 S. Alpine, Rockford, IL 61108 with a birth certificate.

At this time we will only be taking 14 players. We currently only have one coach available for a team playing at this age level, if you are interested in coaching a team at another age group please contact the Park District.

Fall Soccer:
Ages: 4-15 years (U6, U7, U8, U9, U11, U13, U15):  Co-Ed Spring Soccer league open to ages 4-15 year olds. Practices will be held on weekdays in the Winnebago Sports Park. Games will be held on Saturdays with home games in Winnebago or traveling to Oregon, Davis Junction & Byron. Head coaches will choose practice days/times.

All Skills Soccer Camp: The camp will focus on several fundamental skills such as dribbling, passing, trapping the ball under control and shooting. Campers will spend time developing various skills followed by game-like scenarios to demonstrate their new abilities. New skills will be followed by when to recognize in-game scenarios, why these skills are important and what campers can do to further their soccer education.
